Doctor: Wendy's new 4 Alarm Spicy Chicken Sandwich has 4 hits of heat. My assistant will demonstrate. (uses his gesture telling the guy to step inside the X-ray machine and takes his burger then shows the guy eating a 4 Alarm burger inside an X-ray machine) As you can see, the spicy whole breast fillet tastes affect instantly then the jalapenos and the pepper jack cheese chicken. And finally, the chipotle sauce-- (Suddenly, the X-ray machine made the human explode after using a burger. Smoke flew everywhere.)
